I love Indiana and respect my fellow Hoosiers. I was born and raised here, and I have watched first-hand as extreme policies have emerged from the Statehouse, fueled by one-party rule. When power goes unchecked, families like yours pay the price. Your utility bills keep going up, child care centers are closing and costs are skyrocketing. Local community control is being compromised. Our public schools are being attacked and your freedoms are shrinking. It’s not right. I believe the folks in the Statehouse should do their jobs and REPRESENT YOU and what matters most to you. I will do that. I will protect your pay, your schools, and your freedoms. This race is about your family, your voice, and your future.
I was raised by a democrat AND a republican. I learned at an early age that civility is the pathway to getting things done together. I have been successful in leadership - turning around struggling organizations, merging fractured teams, and meeting urgent community needs. My leadership is rooted in collaboration. I believe that we CAN and we MUST come together for the betterment of all.

District is made up of portions of four counties: Marion, Hamilton, Hancock and Madison counties. It is a very diverse district that includes the Indianapolis Geist area, a portion of the city of Lawrence, McCordsville, Fortville, Mt Comfort, Ingalls, and a portion of Fishers.
